Alteration to Itinerary - Great Australian Bight Safaris reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any tour due to adverse road or weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances which may in the opinion of the operator affect passenger safety and comfort. Any personal expense incurred by such change is the responsibility of the passenger.
Deposit & payment - Payment will he accepted in cash (AUD) traveller's cheques, bank certified cheque, or credit card through our booking office. For all tours with an accommodation content a deposit of 10% per head is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable in full 28 days before departure. For all day and half day tours, advance bookings are confirmed on payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the fare.
All fares must be paid in full prior to departure of the tour.
Cancellation - For all tours with accommodation content, will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to departure will forfeit the full fare.
Liability - Great Australian Bight Safaris partners and operators accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal effects or luggage, nor death or injury to any person, nor any expenses subsequently incurred however caused by or arising out of provision of service or failure to provide service .
Travel insurance is recommended to provide protection against loss of baggage or cancellation of travel due to illness. This can be arranged with our Booking Office.
